Why are we judgemental ?

“Do not judge, or you too will be judged. For in the same way you judge others, you will be judged and with the measure you use, it will be measured to you-Matthew 7:1”

Haven't we all been judgemental at several points in our life.Circumstances make the man.There was a time I stayed away from certain people because they never satisfied my idea of moral conduct. I have come a long way and realised morals are a part of our own personal conditioning. Not everybody has your idea of morality. What is morality to me is prudishness to the other. Through the ages, moral codes change dramatically..there's no constant. It is just something few people have agreed to believe and adhere to for a certain period of time.

As we grow spiritually we realise this truth that we are all essentially the same and just playing parts in this grand illusion, this drama.My sessions and the subjects have been a good teacher. I ve gained a lot from them too as they may have from me.

A sure sign of spiritual evolution is not having the need to judge the other by our narrow standards. What we judge in others is a part of us most of the time..but we cannot see it in ourselves..Usually the mirror is distorted and quite magnified so we dont realise it.

I have seen varied past lives both others and mine..It is quite a comedy that the saint in this life could be the prostitute in the other..What we classify as morality is not what spirit or the soul values. Spirit or the soul values love, sacrifice, compassion and such qualities. I have seen myself as an Egyptian, a Buddhist a Hindu and so on...It would be such a blessing if everyone had the insight to see this. We would not have had so much violence in the world. Too many lives have been lost for religion. What we hold on to dearly in one life we lose, and what we judge we become.
Seeing a few past lives has opened my eyes and I cannot judge others on the basis of religion or morals even if I wanted to.I always sat on this moral high horse because of the numerous religious lives I had.I still have a lot to work on.
Realising that it was only a conditioning I carried from several past lives took me time. Similiarly we have so many samskaras we carry from this and past lives. When we live in awareness we know what we are doing is coming from our own thinking or from that of our parents or society or the subconscious.
We live in an unconscious society where we are always in a doped out state. We carry on in a rut, dulling our senses with work or TV. Most of what we do is reactive or conditioned. We hardly live and enjoy the moment..there's always a sense of urgency, a next goal, a next promotion, a new conquest. In this doing we lost Being. So its hardly a surprise to not know where our prime motivators are coming from.
How many of us are still living someone else s unfulfilled dream ? Parents condition children to continue what they were conditioned to do..some make the children do what they could not...an endless, mindless cycle. Also with the kind of crazy world we have created we dont think for a second ..Wait, stop why am i doing this at all..
Do I want this ? Do I mean what I am saying or am I just reacting to something like an addiction,a habit. Its like an endless program. Its a looping program..when can we cut the pattern. Till we understand where its coming from there's no respite.

When you give this a serious thought and consciously undertake this awareness exercise..you will drop unnecessary conditioning you have gathered at least from this life.
Past life ones embedded in your subconscious may be tougher to uproot as the roots are in your subconscious. Persistence pays..A simple meditation of watching the breath in awareness can always keep you in the moment ..that way you dont create unecessary karma by reacting unconsciously..you act in awareness. Meditation is not blanking out and doing nothing..its serious business..being in total present moment awareness. Just watch your thoughts, be a witness to your breath and watch your bodily sensations and your emotions.
Its tough at the start as we've learnt to space out and detach from our bodies through the day to fight boredom at work, a nagging wife, a tyrant boss. That is why being in the body in complete awareness is seriously hard work at the start. As you deprogram and relearn you realise this is your true state of being to be connected body,mind and soul. In this state there is no way you can do anything wrong. Your heart and head is in alignment and there is no conflict. Sadly in our left brained world we value intellect to emotion and do away with it in our schools. Creativity is suppressed and we promote mediocrity. We learn to obey rather than differ. We are almost like mass produced clones.

Forced morals are ways of keeping individuals from thinking for themselves. This kind of a thinking has made us judgemental,prejudicial and repressed.

In recent years more and more young people are getting disillusioned with their empty lives. The bubble has burst for them and they want to get out and do something more than just living selfishly. So many people come to me to explore their life purpose. They know there is more to life than satisfying their narrow material goals.

In this new thinking there is an acceptance of people who are different from themselves,as they understand everyone has a different path to follow. We can only share what we experienced on our path,we cannot force our way on others. Every one has a unique path..the beauty is that we are all heading home along different ways. Life is an experience and we have to play the part well, to do that,you need to know your part. If we were meant to be clones..why would we have such myriad experiences. So live life in each moment in full awareness without judging the other. He has his path, his obstacles his circumstances. You do yourself the greatest service by continuing your way doing your part best.

Talents continue from life to life

Does the soul choose its vocation ? Do we choose our parents ? Do we come back to fulfill unfulfilled desires..Do we carry over skills and talents from life to life..

A session I had with a singer answered all these questions. This lady had a bad marriage and wanted to know why she got attracted to and married her ex-husband. The relationship was unequal and mismatched and probably doomed from the start. We all see such marriages around us and wonder what made him/ her marry such a good for nothing. So after she moved out of the abusive relationship and had broken this pattern(karmic relationship) she wanted to know more about the subconscious reasons for the traumatic relationship.

When I met her she had overcome a lot of the trauma and was in a loving and supportive relationship and looked confident in her career as a singer. It was very easy to put her into the trance as she was very open to the session.

The life she recalled was in Rajasthan in the 1950 s. Her descriptions were vivid and detailed. She was a part of a music troupe that travelled around the country performing. She could see a lot of musicians and singers accompanying her.
She was in love with one of the musicians who was married and so their relationship was a secret. She recognised him as her ex-husband in this life.

They travelled to a region in East India to give a performance. She discovers she's pregnant and is very happy..The musician does not want a public scandal and he poisons her..she has an abortion and becomes mentally unstable. In her depression she refuses to perform. The troupe abandons her and returns home. She roams the streets like a beggar and one day in the market place is rescued by a kind soul.

She recognises this man as her present life grandfather, who looks a lot younger.
He's a doctor who takes the lady home and gives her refuge and also some medical treatment. The singer in time befriends the doctor's daughter,who is none other than her mother in this life. Though the family takes good care of her she stays depressed and mentally unstable. In a fit of madness one day she leaves and jumps in front of a train. When I move her forward she's desperately waiting for the doctor's daughter to get married to be born there..

I asked her why did you choose her as your mother. She says,she was the only one who cared for me in that life.Its a touching and poignant tale of how we as souls crave a little love and affection and can traverse death to reconnect.

She spoke to her mother and aunt after the session and verified all the details of events before her birth ( years, location,names). Her aunt was so touched that she had tears as she heard the experience.

In this life this lady is an accomplished singer and has fought all odds to continue her talents from that life. Her voice and her style has amazed the people she meets.
After the session,she says each time she sings her personality undergoes a transformation and she's transported into a different era a different time. She sings from her soul and so touches people's hearts.Perhaps this is why we call music soulful..
In that traumatic experience a part of her was splintered which she regained. The shamans call this soul retrieval. After all we are just energy and the trauma repressed a part of her soul energy..which she released during the session or assimilated into her present life. How many times do we feel that emptiness..that strange sadness..Is it a part of our own soul that we are searching ?

How many of our great artistes carry their talents from their past lives? Mozart or any of the prodigies are good examples of how its more the inherent than conditioning that determines us.

Is it your Past life or a Parallel life

This theory always confounds me.I think its taking root in my mind now. It's more a part of my experience now, then it was a few years back. I always loved reading about the Parallel universes theory and time being an illusion. Somehow my 3 dimensional existence failed to allow me to comprehend this.

While conducting past life regression sessions it would not cease to surprise that the sessions were interactive rather than stagnant parts of history. I could make the subject look at the environment as if they were transported to that time period. It was not like a movie which was being reviewed,this would logically be the case if it was something that had happened in the past. Can we mould and change these lives and impact them..As we impact this life are we changing the other lives..Are we having several parallel existences..Its fascinating and throws up too many questions.. Sometimes when we get depressed for no reason is a parallel self really suffering..Is it a bleedthrough of emotions.

I was reading Carl Jung's concept that it's the Western idea of looking at time as past, present and future in a linear fashion..the east looks at it in a very different way as if it was happening all at once. These Eastern concepts will get us to the truth as Science and Quantum Physics is discovering today.

Even in Eastern healing traditions like Reiki..we use a symbol to traverse time and space to connect with the subject( Distance healing). It can be used to heal past and future events by connecting through the third eye. Is the past just a vibration away ? How do clairvoyants and remote viewers see into the future..Are they just accessing a certain dimension that is existing simultaneously. There are too many anomalies if time is linear...deja vu, bleed throughs, prophetic dreams,clairvoyance.

This got me thinking that in Hindi we use the same word for yesterday and tomorrow-KAL... there s no differentiation between yesterday and tomorrow..As a child I would always wonder and often get confused..about this ( I learnt English before Hindi). I did some research and found Punjabi and bengali have the similiar usage.I havent checked the etymyology of these words. Perhaps this simple word holds a profound truth.

Maybe we will prove this in the near future that time is an illusion and past lives are just parallel lives..facets of the multidimensional being that we are..Just like a diamond with its many faces so are we. When we connect all these split parts of our soul we will regain our true self, our identity as a soul who was never born and never dies.

Guides and Masters contact

I am adding a few details to this post after I got some valuable feedback from a friend who does not know much about how a PLR session works. She was confused with all the information:

A typical session takes you to a past life which is a part of your subconscious memory. After the past life is experienced the spirit leaves the body at death to continue to its spiritual realm where it meets guides and masters and even loved ones. This is a superconscious experience and is very uplifting.In this case it was an experience of meeting a loved one in the spiritual realm.
I would like to clarify that this is not a seance and no medium was involved. The healer I mentioned is a highly spiritual person and was there to give energy to our session and she helped by praying to Masters like Jesus,Mary,Sai and others for protection. She is highly intuitive and could feel their presence. The subject in a trance was also able to see them. I was just witnessing this and could not sense or see anything myself.The process used was to relax the subject and take him to a trance state where he was aware of a parallel dimension. No time during this session was he unaware or unconscious of his immediate surroundings. This is true for all PLR sessions. You retain complete memory of all that happened during the session.

Some synchronistic events just led me to yesterday's session...I was reading a lot about the spirit world lately, Slyvia Browne s Visits from the Afterlife. She clears a lot of doubts on ghosts and spirits and how to distinguish the two. Fear mostly keeps us from exploring this unknown territory..I started as a skeptic went on to be fearful till I was led to a few eye opening books and experiences..which have helped deprogram my mind conditioned by Hollywood horror movies ( Exorcist and the like). Though I am still not totally out of this loop, I have this inner knowing and trust that I am guided and nothing can come along that I am not meant to handle.

So when I got a call day before from a fellow therapist who wanted to do a PLR session to talk with his now deceased brother I did not hesitate in accepting.I was glad I said yes and I had no time to think this over( may have retracted if I discussed this with friends) as he wanted it done the very next day. There was a definite plan in all this and I could see it..me reading the books and being led to this. For him too this was divinely planned. He was doing a session with someone when the lady who had not known his brother,said he was there and described him. His brother (through the lady ) asked him to do a session directly with him.

When he named 2 persons who could conduct the session his brother wanted the session through me..so thats how it happened. He also gave the dates we could have it on.His brother had passed away 8 years back or now as I would like to say passed onto the other side..for it is but a vibration or a dimension away only.

On the day we had a wonderful energy healer with us too to pep up the energy during the session. I needed it as I was seemingly nervous and unsure. We started off quite fine and he fell into a deep trance without much effort on my part. Our healer could feel his brother's presence much before we started the session. All this was quite new to me so I had to take her word for it. She was clairvoyant and I wanted to believe it was all taken care of.

I led him into a past life he shared with his brother...where he saw himself as a villager who gave spiritual discourses..I led him to his death bed and he died. Hewas out of his body he floated up into a light blue haze and was almost immediately welcomed by his brother. His brother looked radiant and healthy ( he had suffered quite a lot when he died, 8 years back )...and was dressed in a white robe. He also looked much larger and taller which seemed to startle the subject. Then he saw him reduce to normal size...This phenomena has been seen by many who go into this state. Spirits in this particular realm seem to be at least 8-10 Feet in size.
He was visibly very touched and happy..and I had to get him to ask questions he had handed over to me before the session. Its quite an experience to meet a loved one after so long and understandably your mind would just go blank by the sheer emotion of it. He asked his brother how it was there..and what they did in that part.
Apparently unlike popular belief people in heaven are not just sitting around and doing nothing..They seem to be working very hard..and they enjoy the work they do and not like us who crib and wait for the weekends..We kept getting the answer we work very hard..so the energy healer and me were curious to know what work this was. They teach and educate on the higher planes and also do a lot of energy work and also help the earth.On where they derive their energy we got the reply from the sun and the planets and even from the earth.
We asked him who his friends were..and he in reply just took him along and showed him a host of master guides..Quite the skeptic I discounted this..at the start. But when they kept coming through the session and the clairvoyant could also see them I had to give in to the possibility that the limits of my perception are indeed quite narrow and my ego cannot just negate what others perceive. He could see Jesus, Sai Baba, Mary, Mother Theresa and a multitude of thousands of people. We had so much protection and blessing and our healer could see gold dust falling on the three of us. Thats quite a touching scene and 2 out of the 3 could see the same thing so what was I doubting anyway.
We went through the list of questions he had handed over ..as they are confidential I wont write about them. His brother had messages for the 3 of us and this just went to reinforce my belief in whatever I had read and believed but not experienced. He said that we were doing great work and should continue and also thanked us which brought tears to my eyes. He also saw many of his loved ones and friends who were on the other side as if they were there and just needed to be asked to come..The healers husband who is deceased also, whom she asked for came along and talked of his work. This convinced her about her regular conversations with him.
Normally I direct the course of the session but this was different..The session ended because his brother had to leave and get back to his work. The energy healer helped him come back out of the deep state by healing his third eye.
We were visibly quite dazed after this out of the world experience but also could see how simple this was and so unlike the spooky stories we are used to. We have a lot of protection on hand,we just need to ask for it, and no negative entity can come through if we pray and ask for guidance and protection. So much love and compassion was around that it eliminated all traces of fear and doubt.

We live in a world of duality good and bad, seen and unseen, reside side by side. You cannot accept the physical and deny the non physical..nor accept the external and avoid the internal depth of your mind or soul. So on this journey I have crossed another threshold of experiencing the divine.

I am looking forward to another session next month with the same people. In the interim I am preparing a list of questions I can ask these masters and spirit guides on the other side.

Starseeds

I have been led to read about this topic..kind of coincidence to get the right material and also to meet some interesting people.

I met this plr therapist I know who has had several subjects coming up with lives on other planets..Initially he had no clue and as I had already read about it I sent him a lot of writings on this. He also introduced me to one of his subjects who had an amazing PLR experience on another plane. The subject himself had no belief in past lives or aliens so was quite surprised. A rational professional in a good position in a famous company..could have no reason to fake this. I had a chance to question him and he answered with so much sincerity and in such details. I could see he knew nothing about the possibility of starseeds but described what he saw quite well..it struck a cord as I had read a lot on this before but dismissed it as wishful thinking and science fiction.

After this I started reading Keepers of the Garden by Dolores Cannon who regressed subjects in the 80 s and chanced upon a subject with interesting accounts...Apparently as per this book and so much more material that is emerging from channeling and from the collective subconscious, we are originally not from earth ourselves..and who we refer to as Gods are aliens who seeded us ..The story has striking resemblances to The Bible story and stories that several tribal civilizations and Egyptians referred to of Beings coming from the stars to guide and teach.Her account is very different from any science fiction book as it was more detailed and unfathomable.
It read more like a history taking or an investigation. There s nothing to add credibility in terms of reports but uncannily resembles many a UFO abductee report in places. Some of it is indeed scary as though they claim these aliens want our good and have been always watching us it, smacks of control and interferance. In the account the subject recalls past lives on earth. Later however he mentions its his first life here and he has been imprinted with the past lives to better adjust to earth life..such that he cannot distinguish if it was his own or a borrowed life..Also makes me wonder are our thoughts are own or planted. The subconscious patterns we carry are so elusive could they be planted like this.


Is it ego that makes us complacent and turn a blind eye to this possibility..how stupid can we be to think that this huge universe with so many galaxies and suns has only one small earth with life..Or is it that we are just technically not yet there to catch any communication. Also why would anyone want to establish open communication with a self destructive,egoistic lot who are annihiliating themselves with toxins, chemicals and nuclear warfare. If I were an alien I would stay away..There s so much fear and insecurity in the best of us that our societies are built on this fear. Are we shifting yet ? Lots of youngsters born after 1970 are having spiritual experiences. Hope this is a positive sign and we are indeed moving in consciousness..with the help of these people helping us from among us.

It is time to dig down very deep within and find the incredible well of strength that exists within each one of you. Do not look for a harsh and brittle strength, for it is not.
Seek down through the roots of your being to the deep, slow flowing river, that is the legacy of your origin.

A New Earth-Eckhart Tolle

A significant portion of the earth’s population will soon recognize, if they haven’t already done so, that humanity is now faced with a stark choice: Evolve or die. A still relatively small but rapidly growing percentage of humanity is already experiencing within themselves the breakup of the old egoic mind patterns and the emergence of a new dimension of consciousness.
What is arising now is not a new belief system, a new religion,spiritual ideology, or mythology. We are coming to the end not only of mythologies but also of ideologies and belief systems. The change goes deeper than the content of your mind, deeper than your thoughts. In fact, at the heart of the new consciousness is the transcendence of thought, the newfound ability of rising above thought, of realizing a dimension within yourself that is infinitely more vast than thought. You then no longer derive your identity, your sense of who you are, from the incessant stream of
thinking that in the old consciousness you take to be yourself. What a liberation to realize that the “voice in my head” is not who I am. Who am I then? The one who sees that. The awareness that is prior to thought, the space in which the thought – or the emotion or sense perception happens.

A LESSON IN POWER AND FORGIVENESS

Sara is a successful professional who wants to explore her personal relationship with her husband and reasons for her denial of her feminity and sexuality. She always tends to act as a parent to her husband. She is now tired of playing this role and wants to understand this.

In the First session conducted earlier she sees herself as a young girl around 17 who is waiting for her lover in the woods. They plan to run away and get married against his parents wishes. He betrays her and never turns up. A group of men spot her and try to abuse her. She runs away and jumps off a cliff, plunging to her death in the water. She makes no attempt to save herself and dies with anger towards her lover and a desire to punish him. He is her husband in this life. She still wants to punish him so in a way is still not letting go because of the betrayal.
In my next session I help her release the trauma of drowning in the water and the fear of running from the men in the woods. I take her to her Life between Life stage where she’s greeted by her mother who passed away…..years ago. I ask her to view a polar opposite life and she sees herself as a king with many wives. One of the wives is her husband again. The king barely gives her any notice. She pines for his love and dies childless and unloved. At this point she s repentant and I ask her if she still feels like she must punish her husband. She says no and now she s released all her anger, sense of betrayal and bitter feeling towards him. Now I take her to the garden where she meets the consciousness of her husband and they just feel love for each other.
In a subsequent session we explored the sexuality aspect and she is taken to a life as a Geisha. She sees herself as a woman with a powdered and painted face. Her patron is her husband again. He is a rich man but he is married. He promises to marry her but never does it. There are other affairs she has and at the end of her live she feels over used and wasted. Again we see a streak of betrayal and this time because he cannot leave his family. She dies an old woman, alone and sad. This is the life from which her indifference to sex arose.

CASE: 1 FEAR OF IMPENDING DOOM OR CALAMITY AND A KARMIC RELATIONSHIP

R is in her 30s always fears the worst and prepares herself. This has led to lot of anxiety.

First Regression session:

I took her through the Initial Induction with the Progressive Relaxation, Tunnel and Bridge Techniques. She felt herself floating at first, then engulfed in water as if she were in a whirl pool. The feelings were strong and she described it well.
She was being tossed and turned in the water. I tried to make her see more details but she could not see much else. So I ended the session.

Second Regression session:

Next day we resumed the session and after the induction she moved into the same scene. She wore black clothing and was middle aged and not married. She was in Spain in the 1920s. Her name was Melissa and I later looked up the name on Google and it meant
“ Honey Bee” in Greek and was also used in Spain. I could link this only later that her name in the present life means Honey.
The soul indeed works as per a plan and is immortal.

This time she could see herself on a ship or boat. And the boat capsizes and she falls in the water. She experiences the struggle and waters engulfing her. I helped her to connect to the feelings in her body an release it…..She feels a release and weightlessness and she left the body. After this she sees more of her life in Spain as a teenager, feeling hopelessness, loneliness and as a need to take her life. There is some kind of calamity or war scene from which she flees and so are many people around her. She takes refuge in a shop. I take her forward and she try to make her see her home. She says her home looks like a church. Later after the session was over she came to a conclusion that she was a nun in that life and always wore black clothes. This life explains her fear of calamities or mishaps. On further discussing I found that although she is a Hindu in this life and had no Christian influence she had a strong urge to be a nun at 13 and also suicidal feelings. In this life too she’ s a very spiritual person.

Next I tried to explore her karmic relationship with her husband.

She moves into an earlier lifetime where she is in Belgium in the 1800s. She sees herself along with her present day husband at a fair. They are teenagers enjoying themselves on rides. She is very happy. Then I moved her to her death scene…When I move her forward we come to a dungeon or prison where she is being tortured. Later I found on the net, that human torture was common in Belgium. She dies feels herself rise above the body. I ask her to describe her body. She says she looks pretty wearing a white dress and chestnut brown hair.

Next I ask her to see who is there in the Afterlife to greet her. She finds her husband in her present life waiting there for her. He s waiting for her so that they can reincarnate again and meet again. I ask her to communicate with him and try to understand what he wants of her. He says he just wants her to be happy. After this I let them be together for some time..

When I move her on to the garden for healing she finds herself playing and very happy. After this I bring her out of the regression.

The best part of this session was the connection she saw with her husband and how he had waited to incarnate with her. Although they had an arranged marriage they have a very ideal relationship and are very supportive of each other.

What I could see was how wonderful the soul's plan is . How it weaves a plot and enacts this karmic drama. We believe we are planning our life now but we have already made our plans…this explains the déjà vu experiences we have or the instant recognition we feel when we meet some people for the first time.

My experience as a healer of past lives

My eyes can dimly see

I have not written for a long time now. I was busy with the regression sessions. I feel like I ve been doing this forever now..though its been only a few months. Its been a healing experience and has opened up so much to me.

I have done around 20 cases now and some of them were very interesting. Most of the people who came to me on their own mirrored my issues. When I see a change in their lives after the sessions, I feel an unparalleled joy which is truly out of this world. My conviction becomes stronger. I have also been exploring my own past lives and getting a lot of insight and solutions to my own issues.

I always believe in the final healing that takes place. If it heals any method is good. I do not want to convince anyone about the historical authenticity of these cases. Some cases dont cease to amaze me when the dates , events, geographical details are so accurate at other times I see the details are all mixed and there are a lot of anomalies in dates etc. All I can say is this therapy is just a way your soul expresses to you the reasons behind certain patterns in your life and heals any repressed emotions which may have transformed into illness or is already a chronic ailment...So the Healing is what is important.

Research has shown how the subconscious mind is tied to your body and how the patterns influence our conscious actions. Whether the memories are related to past lives or genetics is still a debate.

An ordinary past life session explores typical patterns in our lives. These patterns are lessons for the soul. The outside world is just our lessons. The challenges it represents are part of our learning. If we fail to understand the lesson we are faced with bigger challenges till we learn to face and overcome it. Once the understanding arises these challenges just disappear from our life.
So the first thing is to examine the pattern ...failed relationships, chronic illness, bad bosses and so on..for e.g you leave a job because you had a tough time with the boss and then the next job is a worse experience and so on. The lesson changes from person to person. It may just be a simple lesson to learn to assert yourself and not let people in your life control you.

In the Life between lives session we access the superconscious and it is truly an amazing experience for both the healer and the subject. Here we explore the state between two reincarnations where the spirit or the soul visits its true home in the spiritual realm and meets its master guides, soul mates and guides who help review the life just lived and plan the next life and its challenges. Here we can understand what our life purpose is. They also visit the Akashic library where records of all our lives are documented and the Hall of Healing where we heal any trauma we experienced in the life just led.
Dr Michael Newton has written detailed accounts of his cases in The destiny of the soul and The journey of the soul. He researched mainly into the life between lives state.

What we call Karma is not a punishment as the popular belief goes. Its actually a lesson we need to learn...and have not because we disassociated with the emotion in a past experience. If we realise the lesson and learn it we need not experience the pain and the trauma again and again. So a past life session helps you relive that emotion which you repressed so that you need not re-experience it again and again.Most of the time because the subconscious replays this we are not aware of the cause of our anxiety and pain as its like a blind man and our conscious minds are unaware of the triggers. So unexplained sadness, depression, anger are all part of this. How can we learn the lesson when we dont know what it is.

In these sessions we also see our soul mates in the journey. Many people who we think are our enemies may be just soul mates playing a part to help us become better spiritual beings.
